Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Coimbatore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation and strategy, optimizing social media platforms, and engaging with the audience.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in

  Meta Ads Manager

  &

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

  .
• Expertise in campaign optimization—CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA.
• Good hands-on knowledge of

  lead generation campaigns

  and retargeting strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics & reporting dashboards.
• Ability to manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance.
• Excellent communication, content planning, and creative briefing skills.
• Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization (preferred).
• Team handling or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
