Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies to lead and execute innovative projects in the decentralized space. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution while collaborating with developers, product teams, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute blockchain and crypto-related projects, ensuring timely delivery. Work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to define scope, requirements, and technical feasibility. Oversee smart contract development, token launches, DeFi integrations, and NFT projects (if applicable). Track project milestones, risks, and budgets while ensuring compliance with security best practices. Coordinate with exchanges, blockchain networks, and third-party providers for seamless integrations. Stay updated on crypto trends, regulatory changes, and emerging blockchain technologies. Lead Agile/Scrum meetings and ensure efficient sprint planning and execution. Communicate project updates to stakeholders, investors, and community members. Implement DAO governance structures or tokenomics strategies as required. Conduct post-launch evaluations and optimize processes for future projects. Strong understanding of Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, Layer 2 solutions, DeFi, and NFTs. Experience with blockchain development processes, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
