About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services, ensuring maximum engagement, reach, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), and emerging channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Manage promotional campaigns for product launches, events, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI).
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Identify trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to innovate strategies.
  • Handle community engagement (comments, DMs, queries) to build customer relationships.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Campaign Specialist / Digital Marketing Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Creativity with a strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive measurable results through data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing integration.
  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint / Google Ads / HubSpot is a plus.
