We are seeking a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Manager with 4-5 years of experience in managing brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 year of agency experience, demonstrated expertise in client communication, and hands-on experience in influencer marketing. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, content strategy, campaign planning, and community engagement for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
● Handle daily posting, content scheduling, and community management.
● Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and captions
aligned with brand tone.
● Work directly with clients: manage expectations, gather feedback, and present reports or strategies.
● Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns—from scouting and outreach to execution and performance tracking.
● Track key metrics and performance (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
● Stay updated with trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
● Manage social media ad campaigns (basic knowledge is a plus).
Requirements:
● 4 to 5 years of experience in social media management.
● Minimum 3 year of agency experience is mandatory.
● Proven experience in client handling and communication.
● Hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaign
