Job Title: Video Editor & Social Media Manager Location: 509, 5th floor, RG Trade Tower, NSP, Pitampura, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Digital Marketing / Media / Advertising Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Posting Executive who can edit engaging videos and manage daily posting across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, an eye for trends, and a basic understanding of social media marketing. Key Responsibilities Video Editing (Primary Role) Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, YouTube videos). Add transitions, effects, captions, animations, and sound design. Trim, color-correct, and enhance raw footage to produce engaging content. Maintain brand guidelines and video consistency across platforms. Work with content creators, designers, and the marketing team for final output. Social Media Posting & Management Plan and schedule daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Write engaging captions and add relevant hashtags. Ensure timely posting based on content calendar. Coordinate with the team for approvals and post updates. Track basic metrics like reach, engagement, and reel performance. Research trends, viral audio, and content ideas for new video concepts. Assist in shooting behind-the-scenes content, client videos, product videos, etc. Manage files, footage library, and maintain organized data structure. Required Technical Skills Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro/ adobe after effects / Final Cut Pro Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop preferred). Understanding of social media formats, ratios, and platform guidelines. Soft Skills Creativity & attention to detail Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and within a team Good communication skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory) Portfolio of edited videos is required
