Social Media Manager – Raj Express Digital, Bhopal

Experience: 4-6 years in social media management, preferably in digital media or content-driven organizations.

Role Purpose:To lead the planning, execution, and growth of Raj Express’s presence across digital and social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

The Social Media Manager will ensure content visibility, community engagement, and drive traffic to the website and app while aligning with digital-first thinking in the newsroom.

Key Responsibilities:Platform ManagementDevelop and maintain a daily posting schedule for key platforms including Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

Ensure the publication of 8–10 reels or shorts and 2–4 static posts or stories daily.

Adapt website content for social platforms using engaging, visual storytelling.

Trend Surveillance and Newsroom CoordinationMonitor real-time trends, viral content, and platform updates.Proactively update newsroom and video teams on trending topics.

Generate reactive content suggestions in response to relevant events.Audience EngagementActively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

Create interactive content such as polls, quizzes, and stories to increase engagement.

Analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with editorial, scripting, production, and design teams to align content output with brand voice.Coordinate urgent requests, such as the rapid development of creative assets.

Growth and Conversion PlanningSuggest and implement tactics to increase audience reach, app downloads, and subscriptions.

Define and continuously refine the brand’s content tone, tagging methods, and hashtag strategy.

Job Specifications:Skills: Proficiency in short-form content creation, analytics interpretation, content scheduling, and copy writing.

Tools: Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, Buffer/Hoot suite, Google Analytics.

Language: Fluency in Hindi and English; working knowledge of Hinglish is a plus.

Location: On-site preferred; hybrid acceptable with demonstrated real-time availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
