Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and ensure consistent sales growth of corrugated boxes and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Visit industrial clients, manufacturers, and distributors to understand packaging needs.
• Present product samples, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain visit logs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new packaging innovations.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel locally/within the state.
