About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and drive Zinzuwadia Jewellers’ content presence across social platforms. The role is content-heavy: from ideation, shoots, and storytelling to execution of posts, reels, and campaigns. You’ll be the voice of the brand online, ensuring consistency, luxury positioning, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning

• Build monthly content calendars aligning with brand campaigns, festive seasons, and exhibitions.

• Develop fresh concepts for reels, carousels, and storytelling content that highlight jewellery, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.

• Content Production

• Coordinate photo/video shoots with internal teams & external partners (models, photographers, editors).

• Ensure high-quality visual output maintaining luxury brand aesthetics.

• Draft captions in line with brand tonality (English/Gujarati/Hinglish when required).

• Execution & Publishing

• Manage end-to-end posting on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor community engagement – respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries with brand voice.

• Analytics & Growth

• Track content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.

• Suggest new content trends, formats, and collaborations to drive organic reach.

• Brand Alignment

• Ensure all digital content reflects Zinzuwadia’s identity of luxury, trust, and heritage.

• Collaborate with performance marketing team for campaign alignment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels-first content strategies.

• Proficiency in coordinating shoots, content production, and editing basics (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).

• Strong copywriting skills with ability to write engaging and luxury-aligned captions.

• Ability to track trends, think creatively, and present innovative content ideas.

• Strong organizational skills for planning & managing multiple campaigns.
