Key Responsibilities

• Call and qualify leads generated from social media campaigns, referrals, and events.
• Present jewellery collections (Diamond, Gold, Polki) and offers to prospects.
• Schedule

  store visits

  and

  video-call shopping appointments

  , ensuring high show-up rates.
• Maintain timely and accurate lead updates in CRM.
• Follow up diligently with interested leads to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with showroom sales staff for smooth client handover.
• Meet monthly sales-qualified lead and walk-in targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling/inside sales experience.

• Background in

  jewellery, real estate, or luxury retail

  is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in

  Telugu, Hindi, and English

• Comfortable handling

  high-value clientele

  with patience and professionalism.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic Excel.
