Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise in paid media (Meta & Google Ads), campaign planning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving ROI and brand visibility through innovative and data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the social media & digital marketing team.
• Develop, implement, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting key metrics and insights.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for aligned execution.
• Grow community engagement, brand presence, and lead generation through strategic social media efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing and team handling

✅ Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms

✅ Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills

✅ Excellent leadership, communication & project management abilities

✅ Proven track record of ROI-driven campaign execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
