As a Social Media Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the social media planning and execution for a diverse portfolio of brands. Your strategic thinking, creativity, and extensive experience will be key in driving platform-specific strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and leading a team to achieve measurable results aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop platform-specific strategies for various brands - Manage social media campaigns effectively - Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies - Lead a team towards delivering measurable results - Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, etc. - Implement paid promotions and social media advertising - Manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines consistently Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred) - Expertise across major social media platforms and content formats - Strong communication and client-handling skills - Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, etc. - Experience with paid promotions and social media advertising - Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively - Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory Preferred Skills: - Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and analytical skills - Proficient in campaign ideation and pitching - Experience in community moderation and crisis management - Knowledge of video content planning/editing is a bonus - Familiarity with social listening tools Thank you for considering this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Social Media Manager.,
