We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can handle our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. The candidate should understand educational content, students’ mindset, and current social media trends. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and shorts Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube pages professionally Create visually appealing content using Canva / Photoshop Handle social media ads, audience engagement & lead generation Analyse performance using analytics dashboards Work closely with the content team to raise reach and follower growth Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Convert educational topics into attractive, viral-friendly content Manage daily content calendar and deliver on deadlines Coordinate with academic team for updates on courses, offers & exams 🔹 Required SkillsProficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Studio Strong sense of design, colour, and branding Ability to write catchy captions and hashtags Understanding of online trends, reels format, and student behaviour Good communication skills in Hindi & English Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus Must be disciplined, consistent, and creative Prior experience in the educational or coaching sector is an added advantage What We Expect Only genuine and hardworking candidates Ability to create high-quality educational posts Understanding of government exam aspirants and their needs Ability to grow social media pages organically Must be able to handle tasks like post designing reels making translation (Hindi–English) content formatting tracking reach, engagement & performance promoting brand image
