Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with social media expertise to work on-site at our client’s office. The primary role involves capturing content using iPhone photography and transforming it into professionally designed social media posts that align with brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

∙ Create stunning, on-brand social media graphics from raw iPhone photography

∙ Design engaging posts, carousels, stories, and promotional materials

∙ Develop visual concepts that enhance product/service presentation

∙ Maintain brand consistency across all visual content

∙ Design templates and frameworks for recurring content types

∙ Edit and retouch photos to professional standards

∙ Create typography-driven designs with compelling layouts

Content Photography

∙ Capture high-quality photos of client’s products, services, team, and activities using iPhone

∙ Understand lighting, composition, and framing for social media content

∙ Shoot behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and promotional content

∙ Document daily operations, events, and special moments

Social Media Management

∙ Transform designed content into optimized social media posts

∙ Schedule and publish content across platforms

∙ Write engaging captions and copy to complement visuals

∙ Monitor performance and adapt design approaches based on engagement

∙ Stay current with social media design trends and formats

Required Qualifications

Must Have:

∙ Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing social media work

∙ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other professional design software

∙ iPhone user with good understanding of mobile photography

∙ 2-3 years of graphic design experience (social media context preferred)

∙ Excellent sense of color theory, typography, and layout design

∙ Ability to work on-site at client’s office full-time

Design Skills:

∙ Photo manipulation and retouching

∙ Typography and text hierarchy

∙ Brand identity implementation

∙ Layout composition for various social media formats

∙ Quick turnaround capability for real-time content

Preferred Skills

∙ Experience with Canva Pro, Figma, or Affinity Designer

∙ Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousel design best practices

∙ Video editing skills (basic motion graphics, reels editing)

∙ Understanding of social media analytics

∙ Portfolio demonstrating before/after transformations of raw photos

Work Environment

∙ On-site position at client’s office - daily presence required

∙ Collaborative work with direct client feedback

∙ Fast-paced environment with same-day content creation needs

∙ Hands-on involvement in daily business activities
