Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a minimum of 6 months of experience to oversee and manage our online presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and passionate about the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Manage daily postings, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, queries)
• Analyze social media performance and generate insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and creativity
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for the travel and tourism industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,777.79 - ₹23,108.27 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
