Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
• Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Build lead generation funnels and performance-driven ad strategies
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI, leads, and conversions
• Develop Instagram & YouTube growth strategies
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
• Collaborate with design and video teams for creatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and ad platforms

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in

  Meta Ads

  (Facebook/Instagram)
• Experience with

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Strong knowledge of targeting, retargeting, audience creation & A/B testing
• Familiarity with campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Understanding of

  YouTube and Instagram algorithms

• Basic knowledge of tools like

  Canva

  ,

  Google Analytics

  , or video editing (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (a plus)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
