📌 Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing and optimizing social media channels, and creating compelling written and visual content. Daily tasks include crafting posts, designing engaging graphics, analyzing performance metrics, and interacting with the online community to build a strong brand presence.
🎯 Qualifications
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing tailored for diverse social media audiences and campaigns
• Competence in devising and executing Content Strategies to support brand growth
• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) to create visually appealing content
• Understanding of analytics tools and ability to optimize social media performance
• Creative mindset with adaptability to dynamic social media trends
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
