Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate must be skilled in content creation, social media strategy, branding, analytics, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management

• Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter).
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Work with designers, photographers, and editors for visual content.
• Write creative captions, taglines, and social media copy.

Performance & Analytics

• Track performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Improve reach and engagement using data-driven strategies.

Brand Management

• Maintain brand voice, tone, and aesthetics.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to comments/messages.
• Handle influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.

Paid Ads & Promotions (Optional)

• Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads / Google Ads (if experienced).
• Monitor budget, performance, and ROI.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Creative mindset & ability to generate engaging ideas
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn tools
• Basic photography/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Understanding of trends, hashtags, and reels strategy
• Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in social media management
