Social Media Manager

Role: Creative Ideation & Content Production + Social MediaManagement

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Content Production (60%)

• Develop fresh, innovative content ideas aligned with 

  Growgether’s brand voice

   and international quality benchmarks.
• Plan, conceptualize, and storyboard shoots for photo & video content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external vendors to lead and manage shoots from 

  concept to completion

  .
• Ensure all visual and written content maintains a 

  consistent, premium, and on-brand aesthetic

  .
• Create engaging scripts, captions, and text content optimized for 

  social media consumption

  .

Social Media Management (40%)

• Plan, schedule, and post content across 

  Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

  .
• Research and implement 

  trending hashtags

   and platform-specific optimizations.
• Manage and analyze 

  Ads Manager campaigns

   to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Monitor platform dashboards, track 

  KPIs

  , and provide performance insights.
• Stay ahead of 

  social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

   to maintain an innovative edge.

Requirements

• Preferred:

   Prior experience in the 

  baby care, parenting, or lifestyle industry

• Strong 

  creative mindset

   with a portfolio of engaging content ideas and executions.
• Proficient in 

  verbal and written communication skills

   to effectively convey ideas, lead shoots, and collaborate with stakeholders. (

• Experience leading
