Social Media Manager | Interflora


Interflora is a 100 year old global brand that is present in 140+ countries across the world.

Interflora India is a premium flower and gifting brand, based out of Mumbai, and is dedicated to helping people celebrate life's special moments. We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Interflora’s social media plan across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Conceptualise and execute impactful brand campaigns
  • Create engaging content calendars aligning with brand campaigns, occasions, and seasonal opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations including content creation, scheduling, and community management
  • Conceptualize and execute brand collaborations and influencer partnerships to enhance brand reach and engagement.
  • Target multi-city activation via influencers/KOLs, strategic partnerships, and digital collaborations.
  • Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms
  • Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop visual content that maintains brand consistency
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with influencers, manage influencer marketing campaigns and create briefs
  • Coordination with external partners/agencies
  • Community building for Interflora via social platforms.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail/e-commerce
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting skills with perfect English language proficiency
  • Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Basic photo/video editing skills
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising

  • Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
  • Good understanding of social commerce and latest platform features


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing preferred
