From making thumb-stopping reels to crafting content strategies that convert, your mission is to grow our community and amplify our brand story. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Video Creation & Editing Shoot and edit engaging Reels using VN, InShot , and Premier Pro Create trend-based content, tutorials, BTS clips, and aesthetic reveals Optimize visuals for Instagram, Pinterest, and occasional paid ads Content Strategy Plan monthly content calendars aligned with product drops, seasons, and trends Write captions that are witty, aesthetic, and in-brand voice Monitor analytics to adjust strategies for engagement and growth Influencer & Creator Collaborations Identify and reach out to influencers who align with our audience Manage collaborations, track deliverables, and measure ROI Trend Research & Brand Positioning Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral formats, hashtags, and cultural moments Help position Inkognito as an aspirational, share-worthy brand 💯What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing Strong video editing skills — comfort with VN, InShot, and Premiere Pro is a must Aesthetic eye for design, color, and visual storytelling Excellent written + verbal communication Obsessed with Reels, Pinterest boards, trends, and internet culture Bonus: interest in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE: THIS IS AN ON SITE JOB IN NAVI MUMBAI.
