Role Description

Marketing Associate

1. Plan and execute our 

   content calendar

    across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)
2. Develop content strategies to increase engagement, brand reach & conversions
3. Ideate, script, shoot & edit 

   Reels, Stories, and Carousels

4. Use 

   Canva, Procreate/Photoshop

    for graphic & visual design work
5. Edit videos using 

   VN, InShot

    or similar tools
6. Assist with influencer collaborations, event marketing & campaign planning
7. Work closely with the founder to grow Inkognito Bombay as a creative, high-impact brand

Qualifications:

1. Have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
2. Are fluent in visual storytelling, content trends & social platform formats
3. Know how to script witty, brand-relevant content (and love a good pun)
4. Are hands-on with Canva, VN/InShot, and either Procreate or Photoshop
5. Think analytically: you can track growth, engagement, and performance
6. Are comfortable working full-time 

   on-site in Navi Mumbai
