Position Overview:

At Robocraze – the Social Media Associate drives the brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Youtube. You’ll create, schedule, and optimize engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that showcase our products, tutorials, and community initiatives. Working closely with marketing, product, and design teams, you’ll monitor trends, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategy

- Manage OMR community engagement and growth

- Organizing community Events and national level online/offline campaigns

- Create and share analytics-driven content

- Collaborate with influencers and team

- Content Creation and curation

- Develop and curate compelling visual and written content (posts, images, videos, stories, etc.) tailored for each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn

- Manage content calendars and use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to schedule and publish posts in a timely manner

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities, providing recommendations for new strategies and tactics

Required Skills:

- 2–3years experience in social media management.

- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).

- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

- Good communication and a creative mindset.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with an understanding of marketing, digital media, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
