Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and fostering community engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and X. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting aligned with brand voice. Schedule, post, and manage social media content calendars. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly to build community engagement. Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Run social media campaigns, paid ads, and promotions to achieve business objectives. Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, features, and strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Creative mindset with an eye for visual content. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns. Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Preferred Skills:Experience in paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
