Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs) for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong online community.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand identity.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
• Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Mandatory to have laptop with good working condition

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar scheduling/analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to run paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
