Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Manager with over 2 years of experience in managing and executing social media strategies, preferably in a digital agency environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing brand presence across platforms, content planning, analytics, and team coordination. You should be highly creative, data-driven, and well-versed in the latest trends in digital and social media marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and ideate content based on the client’s niche, audience and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to client and brand goals.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Use tools like Zoho Social, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite for content planning and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct monthly performance review meetings with clients, providing data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with current trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation and execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and social media marketing tools (e.g., Zoho Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and native platform dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
