Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer

We are a fast-growing IT solutions company delivering cutting-edge software development, web and mobile app services, and white-label backend support to clients worldwide. We're seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, reels, banners, and short videos
• Design marketing materials for web, email, and campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Plan, schedule, and manage posts, stories, and ads using tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite
• Monitor trends, track engagement, and report performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, sales) to align content with business goals
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build community

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Creative thinking, trend awareness, and content-writing skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client communication
• Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn or email outreach
• Business Development Experience is a plus
