Role Overview

Social Media Manager

You’ll work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams to ensure the brand message is consistent, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple eCommerce brands.
• Plan, schedule, and post content across all platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to develop high-quality creatives and captions.
• Build and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Engage with audiences, handle DMs/comments, and maintain brand voice across platforms.
• Monitor insights and performance metrics; share reports and recommendations for growth.
• Create and manage

  to optimize workflows and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm changes across platforms.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in

  social media management for eCommerce brands

  .
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and performance-driven content.
• Experience in planning and executing monthly content calendars.
• Familiarity with automation tools, influencer outreach, and basic ad coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A creative eye and analytical mindset to improve engagement and brand presence.
