Graphic Designer – Meta Ads (Full-Time)

We're a growing performance marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands scale their sales and achieve massive ROI through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. We're a lean, fast-paced, startup-style team driven by results and creativity — and we’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join us.

What You’ll Do:

Design high-converting creatives for Facebook & Instagram ads

Work closely with media buyers to execute performance-focused designs

Develop creative concepts, carousels, static images, gifs, and reels

Stay updated with the latest design trends in the ecommerce and digital advertising space

Contribute ideas and strategies in brainstorming sessions for ecommerce client campaigns

Who You Are:

✅ 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in performance marketing or ecommerce

✅ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

✅ Strong visual design skills and an eye for aesthetics and detail

✅ Comfortable working in a startup environment – fast-paced, experimental, and goal-oriented

✅ Eager to take ownership and create work that delivers real business results
