• Manage client relationships with a consultative approach—ensuring clear communication, creative alignment, and long-term trust.
• Lead content planning, from ideation to execution, across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee photoshoots, reels, and design storytelling in collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Track, analyze, and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Experiment with AI tools for caption ideation, trend analysis, ad optimization, and visual enhancements.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to luxury and design industries.

• Proven experience managing social media for luxury or design-oriented brands.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate brand tone into digital storytelling.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, Canva, etc.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway ML for content ideation and workflow automation.
