Job Description – Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate must be from Karnataka, fluent in Kannada and English, and have a strong track record of managing multi-platform social media strategies, digital campaigns, website content, and SEO to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Google My Business to enhance brand presence and generate quality leads.
  • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns with a focus on real estate lead generation and conversions.
  • Create engaging, localized content (English & Kannada) tailored for diverse real estate audiences.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Manage and update company website content, ensuring optimized user experience and accurate project/property information.
  • Implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage Google Ads / SEM campaigns and integrate them into overall digital strategy.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Track key metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors to deliver impactful campaigns.

Industry Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, tools, and creative approaches to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in the Real Estate sector.
  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven expertise in Social Media Management, SEO, and Lead Generation.
  • Must be from Karnataka with fluency in Kannada (spoken & written) and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CRM integration for lead management and campaign tracking.
  • Exposure to influencer collaboration and partnership campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing/short-form content creation.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
