Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
Manage daily operations of all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
Plan and publish engaging content: posts, reels, stories, lives, and more.
Be creative to produce on-brand visuals and copy.
Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to keep Vinr relevant and forward-thinking.
Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and authentically.
Coordinate influencer campaigns and user-generated content initiatives.
Work with paid media specialists on promoted content and social ad performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
