Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our real estate brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, building our brand voice, engaging with followers, and driving traffic to listings and lead generation platforms. Your goal is to build trust and visibility in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Showcase property listings, client testimonials, real estate tips, and behind-the-scenes content to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Monitor trends in social media, real estate marketing, and competitor activity.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Collaborate with agents, photographers, and marketing team to gather content and promote listings.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns for property promotions and lead generation.
• Grow followers and engagement through community building and strategic outreach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Proficient in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Photography/videography and basic editing skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies on social platforms.
• Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
