A Content Creator & Social Media Manager is responsible for developing engaging content, managing online presence, and executing strategic campaigns across various social media platforms. The role involves creativity, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital trends to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Content CreationDevelop high-quality content including reels, posts, videos, blogs, captions, and graphics. Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals. Write creative scripts, storyboards, and copy for campaigns. 2. Social Media ManagementManage daily posting on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Maintain brand voice, aesthetics, and consistency across all channels. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with online communities. 3. Strategy & GrowthPlan and implement social media strategies to boost followers, engagement, and reach. Research trends, hashtags, reels ideas, and industry updates. Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements. 4. Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, leads, conversions). Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc. 5. Brand Collaboration & CampaignsCoordinate with influencers, photographers, designers, and agencies. Execute paid ad campaigns and promotional strategies. Create branding content for product launches, events, and special campaigns. 🔹 Skills & QualificationsStrong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills. Expertise in reels, video editing, and graphic designing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools). Understanding of social media algorithms and latest trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of SEO & content optimization is an advantage.
