Social Media Manager

* Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our solar services. * Create compelling and informative content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to each platform and audience, highlighting the benefits and features of solar energy and Designlux's offerings. * Manage and grow Designlux's online communities, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive brand image. * Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to reach specific demographics and achieve marketing objectives. * Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights to optimize future strategies. * Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the renewable energy sector. * Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts. * Identify and engage with relevant influencers or partners to expand our digital reach. * Manage website content updates related to marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring SEO best practices are followed. Qualifications: Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid reach, including in-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite and advertising tools. Proficiency in creating engaging digital content, with excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Ads. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail. Passion for sustainable energy and a desire to contribute to the growth of the solar industry. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating visual content. Basic video editing skills. Knowledge of lead generation strategies in a digital context.
