Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating and implementing content strategies, developing engaging content, and overseeing social media marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing engagement data, and collaborating with the creative team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals

  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Conduct competitor analysis and platform trends research


Content & Execution

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create content

  • Write compelling, on-brand captions and schedule posts
  • Oversee day-to-day content publishing across all relevant platforms


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights

  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement


Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand brand needs and campaign goals

  • Join client calls to present strategy, content calendars, and performance reports

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest (bonus: YouTube & Threads)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aesthetic eye and understanding of brand identity and tone
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and social media analytics
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of paid advertising and influencer marketing
