Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our online brand presence. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over content creation, social media trends, and brand communication. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across all social platforms.
• Write high-converting ad copies and promotional content for paid campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to stay ahead.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful brand voice across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for campaign planning.
• Handle community management, engagement, and reputation building.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of content strategy, ad copywriting, and brand communication.
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work from office and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of basic graphic and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
