Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-quality, creative, and engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance analysis.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
