Role and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Create high-quality, creative, and engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand voice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance analysis. Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts and updates. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
