Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Srinagar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, enhancing social media presence through optimization (SMO), and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include managing multiple social media accounts, monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Content Strategy and Writing Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and trends Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging social media content Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the civil engineering or construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
