Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Content & Social Media Strategist who understands the power of storytelling and social influence. You will play a key role in shaping content strategy, building engaging brand narratives, and managing social media presence for our in-house or client brands. Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:Reels Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Lead Reels and short-form video strategy across multiple brands/accounts
• Identify content opportunities using trend forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and audience insights
• Develop monthly content themes, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling strategies
• Collaborate with marketing leads to align Reels content with brand goals (awareness, conversion, education, etc.)

High-Impact Content Writing & Scripting

• Craft compelling, value-driven scripts for Reels — including hooks, dialogues, storytelling flows, and voiceovers
• Own the tonality and messaging across different content types (funny, informative, emotional, edgy, etc.)
• Optimize content length, format, and call-to-actions for performance

Performance-Driven Social Media Planning

• Oversee the creation and execution of Reels calendars with performance KPIs
• Analyze metrics (reach, shares, saves, completion rate) to refine content strategies
• Coordinate with in-house or freelance creators, editors, and designers for smooth content delivery

Brand Strategy & Growth

• Contribute to brand storytelling, tone, and positioning.
• Assist in influencer collaborations and community engagement strategies.
• Work closely with marketing heads to drive visibility and conversions through content.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Instagram Reels format, tone, timing, hooks, and trend mapping
• Advanced scripting and storytelling ability for business, lifestyle, and influencer-driven content
• Hands-on experience in creating content calendars and campaign plans
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics and creative optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Sheets, Notion, Trello
• Experience working with designers, editors, and influencers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
