Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) with the design and marketing teams.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Sales, and Tech) for campaign alignment and storytelling.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and content performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of design and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of running ad campaigns and performance marketing is a plus.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
