About the Role:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Strategy:

  Plan monthly calendars, create engaging posts/reels/stories, and publish across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

• Community & Advocacy:

  Build an active community, drive brand love, monitor sentiment, and manage audience interactions.

• Influencer Support:

  Identify and collaborate with influencers/creators; co-develop authentic, community-first content.

• Collaboration:

  Work with PR, creative, and marketing teams to align social media with brand campaigns and product goals.

• Analytics & Optimisation:

  Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), share performance reports, and optimise content week-on-week.

• Content Creation:

  Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
