About the Role:

aesthetics and brand storytelling

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-converting static creatives for social media, web, and performance marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling design assets
• Developing conversion-led performance marketing assets, sales creatives and promotional material.
• Bring brand narratives to life across the brand website and other digital platforms while maintaining design consistency
• Developing A+ content for e-commerce websites, including gallery images and banners.
• Support with

  basic video editing

  for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives
• Work on packaging, emailers, presentations, and anything else that needs a visual edge
• Ensure all assets meet platform-specific guidelines (Instagram, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience

  in a graphic design role (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or wellness)
• Experience with D2C brands or creative agencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of

  performance and creatives

• A

  strong portfolio

  with aesthetically rich, consumer-facing content
• Obsession with trends, love clean design, and can translate insights into visuals
