About the Role: We are on the hunt for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can create comprehensive social media strategies and calendars for multiple social media platforms for the brand. The Social Media Manager will manage daily social media activities, develop and implement content strategies, optimise social media performance, and create compelling content. The role will involve collaborating with the team to ensure cohesive branding and engagement across all social media platforms. They should be comfortable shooting content for the brand and being the face of the brand on social media as well. Key Responsibilities Content & Strategy: Plan monthly calendars, create engaging posts/reels/stories, and publish across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Community & Advocacy: Build an active community, drive brand love, monitor sentiment, and manage audience interactions. Influencer Support: Identify and collaborate with influencers/creators; co-develop authentic, community-first content. Collaboration: Work with PR, creative, and marketing teams to align social media with brand campaigns and product goals. Analytics & Optimisation: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), share performance reports, and optimise content week-on-week. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role: We're looking for a creative powerhouse who’s not just fluent in design tools but also has a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling . If you're someone who understands what makes consumers stop scrolling, knows the fundamentals of video editing, and can translate product value into visual magic — we want you on board. Key Responsibilities: Create high-converting static creatives for social media, web, and performance marketing campaigns Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling design assets Developing conversion-led performance marketing assets, sales creatives and promotional material. Bring brand narratives to life across the brand website and other digital platforms while maintaining design consistency Developing A+ content for e-commerce websites, including gallery images and banners. Support with basic video editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives Work on packaging, emailers, presentations, and anything else that needs a visual edge Ensure all assets meet platform-specific guidelines (Instagram, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) Key Requirements 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or wellness) Experience with D2C brands or creative agencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro) Understanding of performance and creatives — what makes people click, convert, and engage A strong portfolio with aesthetically rich, consumer-facing content Obsession with trends, love clean design, and can translate insights into visuals
