Job Overview:

We are hiring a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage their social media presence by creating posting schedules, posting content, writing captions, and monitoring engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for creativity and social media trends who can translate client goals into impactful online strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars, mapping out daily/weekly posting schedules in alignment with client goals.
• Regularly post engaging content, including stories, reels, carousels, static posts, etc., across all client social media platforms as per the planned calendar.
• Craft engaging, well-written, and on-brand captions for each post, tailored to the audience and platform.
• Continuously research new ideas to keep up with social media trends 
• Track and analyse the performance of social media content
• Implement Automation to get more people into the funnel

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of social media growth
• Portfolio showcasing successful growth campaigns or strategies
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growth
