We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (3–5 Years Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

• Plan, manage, and oversee content calendars and campaign rollouts

• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging posts and reels

• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content for growth

• Manage client social media accounts and ensure consistent brand voice

• Stay ahead of trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing brand social media handles or agency accounts

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Creative thinker with a knack for bringing fresh ideas to life

• Experience with paid promotions (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
