Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media campaigns, creating content, optimizing social media profiles, and enhancing our online presence. Day-to-day tasks will include managing social media accounts, engaging with the audience, analyzing metrics, and coordinating with other teams.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
