We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead Dr. Taniyaa’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and drive online growth.

Dr. Taniyaa Bakshhi is a renowned expert in Homeopathy, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare solutions. With a growing online presence, she aims to educate, engage, and inspire individuals through digital platforms, sharing her knowledge and expertise in holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Dr. Taniyaa’s brand and mission.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and captions) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to optimize content and improve reach.

Interact with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility and audience growth.

Analyze performance data and generate reports to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:-

Proven 5-6 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

Excellent content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting are a plus).

Ability to develop and implement growth strategies for engagement and follower acquisition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Passion for healthcare, wellness, and homeopathy is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
