About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Executive/Manager who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across digital platforms. The role involves building brand presence, leading content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Write, edit, and oversee content for websites, blogs, social media posts, emailers, and other channels
• Plan and create multimedia content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) in coordination with the design team
• Monitor performance of campaigns and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools for content marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, queries, and feedback promptly

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, and social media management. Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
