About:

We are an early-stage ecommerce venture, backed by a renowned South Indian retail chain with over 50 years of legacy and 6 flagship super-stores across Tamil Nadu. Our mission is to bring the same trusted shopping experience to online customers, delivering trusted quality products at the lowest prices.

We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

Creating and implementing a social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals, including identifying target audiences and setting objectives.

Content Creation and Management:

Developing engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia, for various platforms.

Community Engagement:

Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building a positive online community.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitoring social media performance, analysing data, and reporting on key metrics to track campaign effectiveness.

Promotions:

Managing paid campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.

Campaign Management:

Planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as increasing followers, boosting engagement, or generating leads.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy.

Trend Analysis:

Keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the social media landscape.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in a social media manager role.

· Extensive experience in driving social media strategies, with a proven ability to scale user acquisition and drive sales through social media.

· Proficiency in using marketing tools and data analysis.

· Experience managing influencers and driving ROI through campaigns.

· Proven expertise in budget management and optimizing marketing spend

· Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to build and nurture external and internal relationships.

Preferred:

· Good understanding of the Tamil Nadu market, with experience tailoring campaigns to local consumer behaviour and preferences
